We participated in a May Day Rally
on Saturday May 3rd in Riverside Ca.
There was a great & enthusiastic turn out of
people of all types & backgrounds with a shared
determination to stand up for workers & Democracy
and oppose the take over of our Government by Oligarchs.
The protest & march was organized by a coalition of local
Unions, Worker and Immigrants Rights groups.
The emphasis was on Justice, Dignity & Due Process for all,
but particularly for Migrants and the marginalized.
We marched around a roughly 4 block downtown area over 4 hours.
From a Church to a Court House, a Detention Center
to a County building and wrapped up at the
Cheech Marin Center for Chicano Art & Culture.
It was a great day of solidarity.
