R.I.P. "SMART GORILLA PERSON"
I learned of the Gorilla Foundation back in the 1980's & became a member & have remained since. I was intrigued by the concept of inter-species communication & the sign language project: Koko, that had been undertaken by Dr Penny Patterson.
Koko was an orphaned low land Gorilla adopted by Patterson.
